As an energy of creation, light has 3 features. When light hits a surface; 

It is either REFLECTED and allows us to see that surface, 

It is either ABSORBED and chooses to preserve its energy, 

or it is TRANSMITTED and continues on its way.

• We would think of people as energy, like light, and our cells as mirrors. 
• Just as the moon reflects the sun's light, as well as the foil of it's mirror, we either have our own energy in everything as reflection, disappear or pass by.
